Situation
Background & Context
As the founder of BonBunny Pastry Studio, I needed to establish a strong online presence for my artisanal pastry brand. The traditional sales channels were limiting growth potential, and there was no digital platform to showcase products, manage orders, or build customer relationships.
Task
Goals & Objectives
Design and develop a modern, premium e-commerce platform that reflects the brand's artisanal quality. The platform needed to include product catalog, shopping cart, checkout flow, admin dashboard for order management, and secure authentication system.
Action
What I Did
- Architected a full-stack solution using Next.js with TypeScript for type safety
- Designed and implemented a glassmorphism-themed UI with Framer Motion animations
- Built comprehensive e-commerce features: cart, wishlist, coupon system, and checkout flow
- Implemented JWT authentication and created an admin dashboard for CRUD operations
- Integrated Zustand for efficient state management and Supabase for backend services
Result
Outcomes & Impact
Successfully launched a fully functional e-commerce platform that elevated the brand's online presence. Expanded sales channels beyond physical location and significantly optimized operational efficiency through the integrated admin dashboard.
